With processing capacities reaching 500,000 tons of wheat flour annually, our facility employs advanced tri-canter separation technology for vital wheat gluten extraction. The entire production line operates within a fully closed, sanitary loop, yielding pristine Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch A, and Wheat Starch B. Pentosans and secondary starches are further utilized to produce ethanol and high-protein animal feed, establishing a closed circular economy.

Established in 2014, Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization. Processing 180,000 tons of domestic Non-GMO soybeans annually, the company utilizes low-temperature extraction technology to yield high-quality soybean meal, isolated soy proteins, and dietary fibers. Our facility features a state-of-the-art DACHUANYUAN spray drying tower, running one of the largest single-line plant protein spray drying infrastructures in China. This configuration guarantees uniform particle size distributions, superb dispersibility, and chemical consistency across all batches.

What is the difference between your Meat-Type and Injection-Type soy proteins?

Injection-Type proteins (like 9020) are processed for lower viscosity and higher solubility, allowing them to pass through mechanical injectors to enrich whole-muscle meats without causing structural damage.
What are the main packaging formats and storage life details?
Our products are typically packed in 20kg or 25kg multi-wall paper bags with food-grade inner PE liners. We also offer bulk packaging options upon request. The shelf life is 12 to 24 months depending on storage conditions, which should be in dry, cool spaces below 25°C with moderate relative humidity.
