High-purity starch extracts and plant-based protein compounds engineered for outstanding mechanical stability and nutritional fortification.
Integrating High-Throughput Manufacturing with Global Logistics Pathways
Established in May 2003, XINRUI GROUP covers a vast industrial presence spanning more than 1,000 mu. As a modern, diversified industrial group company, we have engineered an annual production output valued at over 2.8 billion Yuan. Our vertically integrated platform incorporates local cogeneration plants, municipal heating, public gas utilities, and large-scale agricultural deep-processing processing lines.
Our primary grain division, GUANXIAN XINRUI INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. (formerly known as GUANXIAN RUIXIANG BIOTECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD), was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 100 million Yuan. The facility features advanced wheat wet-milling lines capable of processing 500,000 tons of high-grade wheat flour annually. By utilizing mechanical separation technology, the wheat is divided into prime components: Vital Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch A, and Wheat Starch B.
Complementing our starch operations, SHANDONG KAWAH OILS CO., LTD. (established in 2014, registered capital of 120 million Yuan) is a leading agricultural enterprise that processes 180,000 tons of Non-GMO soybeans annually. Kawah Oils operates the largest single-line spray drying tower in China, engineered by Dachuanyuan, extracting premium low-temperature meal, Non-GMO soy oil, dietary fibers, and Isolated Soy Protein (ISP) in sequential, highly controlled extraction phases.
To handle international supply chains efficiently, the group relies on GUANXIAN RUICHANG TRADING CO., LTD. (founded in 2011, registered capital 6 million Yuan). Ruichang manages direct outbound logistics, exporting over 70% of the factory's production volume, including wheat starch, vital wheat gluten, isolated soy protein, soluble dietary fiber, vermicelli, and industrial-grade ethanol directly to clients worldwide.
Our technological roadmap features a closed-loop, zero-waste refining structure that ensures resource conservation and high batch consistency.
We utilize horizontal tri-canter centrifuges that separate the hydrated flour slurry into three distinct phases: high-density primary Starch A, cohesive wheat gluten protein, and a secondary liquid stream containing small-granule Starch B and soluble pentosans.
Our circular model redirects the secondary Starch B stream and hemicellulose pentosans into our biotechnology unit to produce high-purity ethanol (95%/96% Superior Grade) and nutrient-rich animal feed, ensuring no organic materials go to waste.
The entire milling, washing, and isolation process is conducted within a fully closed, automated clean pipeline system. This prevents ambient air contamination and maintains precise temperature thresholds to prevent gluten denaturation.

The demand for native wheat starch is rising due to the global push for clean-label products. Consumers are actively avoiding chemically modified food starches. Our native Wheat Starch A acts as a natural thickener, stabilizer, and moisture retention agent. It is widely used in baking, ready-made meals, and sauces to improve freeze-thaw stability and mouthfeel without requiring synthetic food additives.
In modern food processing, wheat starch and vital wheat gluten are often combined with non-GMO isolated soy proteins (such as our 9007B-C, 9030, and 9005B formulations) to create realistic plant-based meats. Sourcing both wheat and soy derivatives from a single manufacturing group simplifies procurement, improves supply chain traceability, and ensures consistent quality.
In addition to food applications, our industrial-grade starch finds major utility in high-performance paper mills. It serves as a natural binder in surface sizing and paper coatings, enhancing structural integrity, surface smoothness, and printing quality. This offers a renewable alternative to synthetic polymers.
From bulk food production lines to heavy industrial sizing processes, we provide customized solution matrices to optimize performance.
Our native A-starch controls water migration in bread crumb structures, extending shelf life, and provides high gelling capacity and paste clarity in sauces and gravies.
By combining our meat-grade isolated soy protein (ISP 9001BW, 9007B-A) with high-purity wheat starch, we create stable emulsion networks that lock in moisture and fat.
For paper production and textile weaving, we supply bulk industrial starches that optimize fiber bonding, dry-strength properties, and mechanical runnability.

We meet strict international safety and purity requirements, providing our global trading partners with complete document packages.
Operating with a registered capital of 6 million Yuan, our export subsidiary, Ruichang Trading, manages the complex logistics of exporting vegetable proteins, dietary fibers, and starches directly from our factory floor to buyers worldwide. We guarantee complete batch traceability, customs preparation, and prompt maritime container arrangements.
Our commitment to sustainable production drives our investments in biotechnology and manufacturing efficiency.
By combining our cogeneration steam plants and internal biological purification grids, we recycle heat and process water. This reduces carbon emissions and energy use compared to standard starch mills.
We are developing next-generation enzymatic separation technologies. This will allow us to produce high-performance modified starches without chemical residues, meeting clean-label requirements.
