In modern industrial food systems, emulsion stability is the cornerstone of texture, yield, and consumer satisfaction. Emulsion Type Soy Protein Isolate (SPI) acts as a highly effective amphiphilic macromolecule. By positioning its hydrophobic groups towards fat droplets and hydrophilic groups towards the continuous water phase, it forms a cohesive, viscoelastic film at the oil-water interface. This prevents coalescence, creaming, and syneresis during extreme thermal processing (such as sterilization and retorting).

Our engineered SPI grades, including the 9007B-C and 9001BW series, are processed to optimize the ratio of 7S (conglycinin) and 11S (glycinin) globulins. The 11S fraction, rich in sulfhydryl groups, provides exceptional gel strength and thermal stability. This makes it ideal for high-speed emulsification loops in emulsified sausages, frankfurters, and canned meats, where retaining moisture and fat under retort temperatures is vital for product quality.

Are you a trader or manufacturer?

We are an integrated group company named Xinrui Group that manages both manufacturing and export operations. Our soy protein isolate is produced by Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd. (50,000 tons annual capacity). Our wheat gluten is manufactured by Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly Guanxian Ruixiang Biotechnology, 30,000 tons annual capacity). All export activities are handled directly by our trade division, Guanxian Ruichang Trading Co., Ltd.

What food certifications do you hold?

Our manufacturing sites hold complete, global food safety approvals, including HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, HALAL, KOSHER, IP-NON GMO, and SGS audits. We can provide specific analysis reports and certificates of analysis (COA) for each batch upon request.

What is the key difference between emulsion and dispersion soy protein isolates?

Emulsion type isolates (e.g. 9007B-C) are processed to optimize gelling properties, allowing them to form stable protein-water-lipid networks. Dispersion types (e.g. 9030), on the other hand, are engineered for low viscosity, making them easy to disperse in beverages, nutrition shakes, and liquid formulations without clumping.

How does your vertical supply chain protect against GMO contamination?

We work with dedicated, closed-loop local soybean farming cooperatives that plant only non-GMO seeds. We test raw seeds, incoming beans, intermediate defatted meals, and finished SPI powders. PCR tests are documented for every production run to ensure compliance with strict IP Non-GMO standards.

What are the hydration ratios for your emulsion-type isolates?

Our emulsion-type isolates typically support a hydration ratio of 1:5 or 1:6 (protein to water) and a fat emulsification ratio of 1:5:5. The resulting matrix stays stable during chopping, filling, and high-heat sterilization.
