In recent years, the food manufacturing industry in Kazakhstan has undergone a major shift toward high-yield formulations, structural enhancement, and dietary optimization. As domestic food processing facilities expand throughout Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, and Karaganda, the demand for high-quality functional ingredients has risen. Specifically, food-grade Soy Dietary Fiber (SDF) has become a vital additive for local producers, serving both as a cost-efficient structural binder and a dietary fortifier.
Kazakhstan's geography and participation in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) make it a key transit hub for trade between China and Central Asia. However, because local supply lines for refined soy derivatives are limited, regional processors rely on professional manufacturers like Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd and Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd to source raw materials that comply with national safety, customs, and Halal guidelines.
We source only Chinese domestic Non-GMO soybeans, ensuring trace accountability and clean-label compliance for international and EAEU regulatory authorities.
Processing 180,000 tons of soybeans and 500,000 tons of wheat annually. We operate the largest single spray-drying line in China to ensure steady delivery volumes.
Our ingredients are accompanied by HACCP, ISO22000, Halal, Kosher, and phytosanitary certificates, making EAEU customs clearance straightforward and efficient.

Our Soy Dietary Fiber is derived from the cell walls of the soybean cotyledon, using a multi-stage physical extraction and high-pressure jet-milling process. This preserves the fiber's natural matrix, resulting in a product with a high swelling capacity and neutral taste. It is an excellent ingredient for stabilizing complex food emulsions, especially when used in combination with isolated soy proteins.
How our raw materials solve manufacturing challenges in Kazakhstan's primary food sectors.
In sausage production (such as local Doktorskaya and traditional Kazakh cold cuts like *Kazy*), our Soy Dietary Fiber works together with Isolated Soy Protein to hold moisture and bind fat. This helps reduce cooking loss, prevents fat separation, and improves sliceability—even in formulations with high water-to-meat ratios.
For industrial bread lines in Almaty and Shymkent, adding 1% to 3% soy fiber helps bind additional water during dough mixing. This keeps the finished bread softer for longer, improves crumb structure, and prevents drying out during storage and distribution across Kazakhstan's long transport routes.
With the growing popularity of plant-based meats and health foods, our Soy Dietary Fiber helps manufacturers create high-fiber, low-calorie recipes. It gives plant-based proteins a more meat-like chewiness and texture while maintaining a clean, neutral taste profile.
Learn more about our production facilities, annual capacity, and circular processing setup.
Founded in 2007 with a registered capital of 100 million Yuan, our facility processes 500,000 tons of wheat flour annually. Using high-quality wheat raw materials, we produce vital wheat gluten, wheat starch A, and wheat starch B. To maximize resource efficiency, our starch B and pentosan are recycled for ethanol and animal feed production. Our production line uses tri-canter separation technology, operating in a clean, fully enclosed environment. Our processing technology, equipment, and product quality place us at the forefront of the national industry.
Established in 2014 with a registered capital of 120 million Yuan, Shandong Kawah Oils is a leading agricultural enterprise in Shandong Province. We integrate farming research, deep processing, and export operations. Processing 180,000 tons of Non-GMO soybeans annually, we extract Non-GMO soybean oil, low-temperature food-grade soybean meal, isolated soy protein, and soy dietary fiber. Our facility uses advanced spray drying towers from Dachuanyuan, operating the largest single-line spray-drying capacity in China.
Founded in 2011 with a registered capital of 6 million Yuan, Guanxian Ruichang Trading handles international sales for our group. We export soy protein isolate, wheat gluten, soluble dietary fiber, vermicelli, and ethanol directly to overseas buyers. Over 70% of our production capacity is exported, providing customers with direct factory pricing, reliable quality control, and streamlined shipping logistics.
Innovating extraction processes to support clean-label food development across Central Asia.
To meet the growing demand for clean-label, functional food ingredients, Xinrui Group has established a clear technical development path for our dietary fiber and plant protein products. Our research focuses on three primary areas:
By investing in these processing improvements, we help Kazakhstan's food manufacturers lower their production costs while clean-label standards evolve.
Our products are fully certified by international safety and food standards, ensuring smooth Customs Union clearance.

Reliable shipping routes and customs clearing procedures via the Khorgos dry port gateway.
Shipping bulk food ingredients from Shandong to Central Asia requires a reliable transport network. Xinrui Group works with regional carriers to offer two primary shipping routes for our clients in Kazakhstan:
1. Rail Freight (Urumqi - Khorgos - Almaty): We ship container loads directly via the China-Europe Railway. Shipments clear customs at the Khorgos gateway and arrive in Almaty within 10 to 15 days of leaving our factory. This route minimizes transport vibrations and helps keep temperatures stable during shipment.
2. Road Freight (Direct Cargo Trucking): For time-sensitive orders, we coordinate direct transport via temperature-controlled trucks. This allows for door-to-door delivery from our Shandong warehouse directly to manufacturing sites in Karaganda, Astana, or Shymkent without intermediate unloading.
All export orders are packed in multi-wall moisture-barrier paper bags with internal PE linings. This packaging protects the fiber's water-binding properties from temperature and humidity changes during transit.

We are a vertically integrated industrial group (Xinrui Group) that handles both manufacturing and direct exporting. Our operations include:
Our production facilities maintain comprehensive international quality certifications, including:
ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, BRC (British Retail Consortium), Halal, Kosher, and IP Non-GMO (Identity Preserved).
For shipments to Kazakhstan, we provide all required EAEU Customs Union documentation, including EAC declarations of conformity, phytosanitary certificates, and comprehensive batch testing reports.
Our standard Soy Dietary Fiber has a water binding capacity of at least 1:8 to 1:10 (one part fiber to 8-10 parts water by weight). We test this using standard centrifugation: the fiber is dispersed in excess water, hydrated for 30 minutes, centrifuged at 3000 RPM, and the remaining water weight is measured. This high water-binding capacity helps prevent moisture loss during storage and cooking in processed meats.
Yes. All of our soy products (including isolated soy protein, soy concentrates, and soy dietary fiber) are manufactured from IP-certified Non-GMO soybeans grown in our controlled planting bases. We conduct PCR testing on every batch to verify the absence of genetically modified material before packaging.
Our standard minimum order quantity for export is 1 FCL (20-foot container), which holds approximately 10 to 12 metric tons of soy dietary fiber depending on the packaging style (20kg or 25kg bags). The transit time to Almaty via rail is typically 12 to 15 days after departure from our factory, with an additional 5 days for export customs processing.
