Our wheat processing capabilities at Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd. stand at a staggering 500,000 tons of wheat flour annually. Utilizing the advanced, imported European tri-canter separation technology, we operate a completely clean and closed production system to isolate wheat gluten, starch A, and starch B. Within our circular economy layout, starch B and pentosans are directly funneled into the production of high-grade bio-ethanol and specialized animal feeds. Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd., established in 2014, specializes in processing 180,000 tons of domestic Non-GMO soybeans annually. Integrating cultivation, seed research, deep processing, and export control, the facility utilizes step-by-step extraction to isolate Non-GMO soybean oil, low-temperature food-grade soybean meal, isolated soy protein, and soy dietary fiber. We are a vertically integrated group company named Xinrui Group, combining manufacturing, deep processing, and export operations. The manufacturer of our isolated soy protein is Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd, which produces 50,000 tons of isolated soy protein per year. The manufacturer of our wheat gluten is Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly Guanxian Ruixiang Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd), which produces 30,000 tons of vital wheat gluten per year. Our direct export operations are managed by Guanxian Ruichang Trading Co., Ltd., ensuring integration of industry and trade.
We hold international certifications including HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000, BRC (Global Standard for Food Safety), HALAL, KOSHER, and IP-NON GMO (Identity Preserved). Under dry and cool storage conditions (below 25°C and relative humidity under 60%), our isolated soy protein and vital wheat gluten maintain their physical and nutritional qualities for 12 to 24 months. For shipments to tropical regions, we use moisture-proof, multi-wall paper bags with PE inner liners. We also offer palletized shipments wrapped in protective film to prevent moisture absorption during port storage.
Our IP system tracks our soybeans from seed selection to final packaging. We source only domestic Non-GMO soybeans, grown under contract with local agricultural cooperatives. Each incoming truckload is tested using PCR test strips. During processing, we run dedicated extraction lines to eliminate any contact with GMO crops. Third-party testing companies, like SGS, regularly audit our facilities to verify compliance and issue IP certificates.
Our standard MOQ for international shipments is one 20-foot container, which holds about 20 metric tons of vital wheat gluten or isolated soy protein.
