Industrial Scale Meets Scientific Precision
Xinrui Group & Shandong Kawah Oils Infrastructure

Established in May 2003, Xinrui Group represents a formidable force in global agricultural processing, occupying over 1,000 mu of highly optimized industrial land. Synthesizing advanced raw material procurement with highly efficient, integrated energy networks, the Group produces an annual output valued at approximately 2.8 billion Yuan.

Under the corporate umbrella, our dedicated bio-refining units leverage distinct supply chain specializations. Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly Guanxian Ruixiang Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd.) processes 500,000 tons of wheat flour annually, transforming raw domestic crops into vital wheat gluten, premium wheat starch A, and wheat starch B. To fulfill our commitment to a zero-waste industrial cycle, starch B and pentosan are systematically re-routed into manufacturing high-purity industrial/food-grade ethanol and premium animal feed.

At the center of our non-GMO protein infrastructure is Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd., founded in 2014 with 120 million Yuan in registered capital. It processes 180,000 tons of non-GMO soybeans annually, utilizing state-of-the-art closed-loop isolation tech to extract non-GMO soybean oil, low-temperature food-grade soy meal, isolated soy protein (ISP), and dietary fiber.

Advanced Extraction Roadmaps & Infrastructure

Harnessing physics and mechanical engineering to preserve the natural protein structure while maximizing functional capability.

Phase 01

Tri-Canter Centrifugal Separation

Our wheat gluten production line utilizes imported European 3-phase decanter separation technology. Operating within a completely sealed, automated, and sterile system, this phase partitions high-purity gluten proteins from wheat starch A and B fractions while preserving protein structural elasticity.

Phase 02

Low-Temperature Desolventizing

To produce the optimal precursor for soybean protein isolate, Shandong Kawah Oils processes selected non-GMO soybeans using low-temperature extraction technology. This preserves the water-soluble nitrogen solubility index (NSI > 85%) of the low-temperature meal, critical for downstream protein solubility.

Phase 03

Dachuanyuan Spray Drying

We host the largest single-line spray drying tower in China, engineered by DACHUANYUAN. This system allows for precise droplet control, flash-evaporating moisture in seconds to yield ultra-fine, highly dispersible powders without thermal degradation or protein denaturation.

Global Customization & Application Engineering
Formulating for Localized Markets

Plant-based consumer demands are highly regional. Our application laboratory works directly with global food scientists to customize protein functionality:

  • North America & EMEA (Meat Analogues & Beverages): High-moisture extrusion (HME) texturization requires high-tensile wheat gluten and highly emulsifying soy isolates (such as 9001BW and 9007B-C) to replicate realistic muscle fibers in vegan chicken and burgers. For sports nutrition, our beverage-grade dispersible types (9030 & 9032) deliver smooth mouthfeel and rapid hydration.
  • Asia-Pacific (Tofu & Textured Proteins): Traditional and silken tofu require precise gelling curves. Our 9003B and 9005B series are optimized for thermal gelation, ensuring stable water entrapment and high curd yield for tofu manufacturing.
  • Latin America & Eastern Europe (Meat Emulsions): In sausage and cold cut production, our isolated soy proteins function as primary binders, optimizing fat-to-water ratios and minimizing purge loss.

Supply Chain Resiliency & Self-Sustaining Operations
Mitigating Geopolitical and Energy Volatility

In the contemporary global trade environment, raw material availability and pricing consistency are key. Xinrui Group has built a circular economy industrial chain that protects international buyers from sudden market shocks:

1. Vertically Integrated Co-Generation: Unlike processing plants dependent on municipal grids, our facility incorporates internal power cogeneration, urban heating, and gas supply systems. This protects production runs from external energy disruptions and maintains structural stability for cost forecasting.

2. Multi-Crop Agricultural Access: Operating deep-processing lines for both wheat and domestic non-GMO soybeans guarantees crop raw material flexibility. Our contract-farming model provides direct trace-to-field visibility, yielding complete transparency for "IP Non-GMO" status from seed selection to final packaging.

3. Export Logistics & Trade Integration: Managed by Guanxian Ruichang Trading Co., Ltd. (est. 2011), the export arm manages more than 70% of the group's production capacity, exporting isolated soy protein, vital wheat gluten, soluble dietary fiber, vermicelli, and ethanol directly to global markets. This eliminates third-party handling margins, optimizing container turnaround times and tracking from the factory floor to the destination port.

Future Technical Horizon
Enzymatic Hydrolysis & Next-Generation Blends

As a leading supplier of botanical proteins, we recognize that clean labels and allergen reduction represent the future of food design. Our research and development roadmap focuses on several key areas:

  • Targeted Enzymatic De-flavoring: Developing clean-tasting soy proteins without the typical green, beany off-notes, allowing for reduction of flavor maskers in formulations.
  • Co-Processed Botanical Matrix: Co-processing soy and wheat proteins to optimize amino acid profiles (PDCAAS score close to 1.0) and enhance texturizing properties.
  • Eco-friendly Solid Waste Upcycling: Exploring alternative uses for soybean fiber fractions and spent wheat starches in industrial bio-plastics and compostable packaging.

Technical Q&A / FAQs

Expert answers addressing the functional, agricultural, and logistics aspects of our ingredients portfolio.

What are the differences between your chopping type, emulsion type, and dispersion type soy proteins?
Chopping types (e.g. 9002B) are engineered to withstand high shear forces in bowl cutters, maintaining water-binding capacity under stress. Emulsion types (e.g. 9007B-C) emphasize stable surfactant behavior, linking lipids and water in high-fat formulations. Dispersion types (e.g. 9030/9032) prioritize rapid wetting and low viscosity, preventing sedimentation in dairy alternatives and powdered drinks.
Are you a trading entity or a direct manufacturer?
We operate as an integrated group company (Xinrui Group). The manufacturing facility for isolated soy protein is Shandong Kawah Oils Co., Ltd, which produces 50,000 tons of isolated soy protein per year. The manufacturing facility for vital wheat gluten and starch is Guanxian Xinrui Industrial Co., Ltd. (formerly Guanxian Ruixiang Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd), which produces 30,000 tons of vital wheat gluten per year. All international trade, shipping logistics, and client contracting are handled by Guanxian Ruichang Trading Co., Ltd.
What food safety and regulatory certifications do you maintain?
Our facilities hold ISO9001, ISO22000, HACCP, BRC (British Retail Consortium), HALAL, KOSHER, IP-NON GMO, and SGS certifications. We provide batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) documents, heavy metal panels, and pesticide residue assays for all shipments.
How is the identity preservation (IP) of your Non-GMO soybean supply chain managed?
We source soybeans from monitored non-GMO farming fields in northeastern China. The crop is transported in dedicated container runs, isolated during storage, and verified at our plant using PCR testing protocols. This process ensures complete traceability and maintains PCR testing integrity below 0.1% GMO presence.
