What is the difference between meat type (emulsion) and dispersion type isolates?
Meat-type isolates (e.g., 9007B-C, 9001BW) are processed to optimize heat-induced gelation, helping to bind fat and water in processed meats.

Dispersion-type isolates (e.g., 9030, 9032) are formulated for lower viscosity and rapid dispersibility in cold liquids, making them ideal for beverages, meal replacements, and dry-mix applications.
What packaging options and container load capacities do you offer?
Our standard packaging is 20kg or 25kg multi-wall paper bags with an inner PE liner. We also offer customizable jumbo bags (500kg/800kg) for large-scale operations. A standard 20-foot container (FCL) holds approximately 12 metric tons with pallets, or 14 metric tons loose-loaded.
