Isolated Soy Protein (ISP) is a highly purified, functional food additive fractionated from defatted soy flakes. At our manufacturing facility, the isolation process involves alkaline extraction to dissolve the globulin fractions (mainly glycinin 11S and beta-conglycinin 7S), followed by acid precipitation at the soy protein isoelectric point (pH 4.5). The protein precipitate is then neutralized and pasteurized using high-temperature thermal treatment. The spray-drying parameterizations within the DACHUANYUAN spray drying tower system control particle density, particle size distribution, and solubility profiles.
Specifically, the ratio of 11S to 7S proteins governs the thermal gelation characteristics. A higher 11S ratio corresponds to a denser, more rigid gel matrix, which is crucial for our Meat & Emulsion Type (9007B-C, 9500) isolated soy proteins. Conversely, dispersion grades require precise enzymatic modification to limit structural cohesion, optimizing cold-water solubility and maintaining low viscosity profiles for beverage systems.

9007B-C is engineered to form strong viscoelastic gels under thermal processing, making it ideal for water/fat binding in emulsified meat matrices. 9030 is modified to maximize solubility and minimize shear viscosity, allowing it to dissolve uniformly in cold beverages and meal replacement formulas without separating or chalking.
We run a closed-loop Identity Preservation program. We contract directly with planting bases that cultivate Non-GMO seed stock, test each batch at intake using strip tests, and run regular PCR testing at our processing lines to ensure zero GMO contact.
Standard packaging consists of multi-wall paper bags containing 20kg or 25kg net weight, with intermediate bulk containers (super sacks/totes) available for high-throughput lines.
